This idea simply states a fact: “There is nothing to fear.” In truth there is nothing to fear. – Only if we want illusions to be true, it is very difficult to embrace this idea.
Jesus asks us to use this idea whenever we feel upset! Upset means that fear is in our minds. And the presence of fear is a sure sign that we are trusting in our own strength.
Somewhere in our minds, though it may be in a place we have not visited as yet, we do remember God. Here His strength takes the place of our weakness. The instant we are willing for this exchange – we experience that there is indeed nothing to fear!
